Want to mix up your workouts? Try a spin class for cardio. Spinning, believe it or not, helps your running performance. Spinning is a good way to beat the winter weather and get in a good cardio workout.
I know I will be at my spin class tonight burning massive calories.

Spinning with the kids
Last night I took my daughters and one of their friends with me to Turbo Spin class (apparently they thought it would be easy). They were excited when class started, but an hour later their faces were beat red, covered in sweat, and walking out you swear their legs were going to fall off hahha.
If you have kids (not little ones), it doesn’t hurt to make your workouts family time. Last night, although hard for them, it got them alot of cardio in and they were talking about it even this morning when I got them up for school.
Workouts don’t have to be boring, or get in the way of things, you just have to figure out how to incorporate your workouts into your daily life.
My youngest daughter (14), will be joining me 2 days a week now to do Turbo Spin to help her lose weight.
Don’t be afraid to motivate those around you, to better themselves, because helping them also helps you by making your workouts more fun. Not to mention at 35 years old seeing your teenage daughters struggle to keep up with you is always good for a few laughs :p
I’m back :)
For all my followers, I am back after a week out of town visiting my girlfriend and her family for Thanksgiving. So I will be back to my updates and motivations for all you that read what I put up.
I hope you all had a good holiday and are back on track to hit your weightloss and fitness goals. I will be hitting Turbo Spin tomorrow night and this time I am taking both my daughters and their friend with so they can give it a try as well.

The after Thanksgiving blahhh
So yesterday alot of people over ate, got that nice lazy feeling to set in, and today are somewhat hating themselves.
Today is the key day, the day to not let 1 day knock you off your path.
Make sure you hit the gym today, even though you don’t really feel like it. You will be glad you did.
